We are not liable for injuries, damages or losses caused by improper use, chewing hazards, unsuitable sizing, unauthorized modification, or failure to supervise your pet. International Shipping & Customs
All orders are dispatched from Mainland China. Import duties, customs taxes, customs inspections, local import restrictions and any related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot guarantee that the product will clear customs in every destination country. Any customs seizure, hold or return due to local import rules shall be the responsibility of the customer. Delivery time estimates are only for reference and not legally binding.
