Easy Returns

We know pet sizing can be tricky, which is why we offer easy returns.

You can contact us via our email within 30 days to obtain the return address. All items returned for a refund will be subject to a $10 label fee. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse future service or transactions if we reasonably believe a customer is abusing the returns policy, committing fraud, or acting in bad faith.

Prep Your Return/Exchange

• Just like humans, pets sometimes need to try items on to find the perfect fit!

• Please ensure your return or exchange item is clean and free of dirt, debris and pet hair.

• The product must show no signs of wear and tear.

• Items with strong odors (sprays, perfumes, cigarette smoke) will not be accepted.

• Do not combine returns from multiple orders. Each order must be packaged separately with its own label. Combined returns may lead to processing delays or rejection.

• If you still have the original packaging, please include it with your return/exchange. • Securely pack your item in Alaskandaily mailers or other suitable packaging (cardboard boxes, poly mailers, etc.). Returns shipped in USPS Priority packaging will not be accepted.

• Double-check that you are returning only Alaskandaily products. Any non-Alaskandaily items sent to us will be disposed of and deemed unsellable. No refund or exchange will be issued for these items.

What if your return has been worn?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items with obvious use or wear and tear. We reserve the right to reject any returned goods that are used or damaged, including items with lingering scents such as perfume. Any non-Alaskandaily items received will be disposed of and treated as unsellable. No refund or exchange will be provided.

For EU/EFTA Customers: EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without stating any reason. The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the date you (or your nominated third party) take physical possession of the goods. For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the period begins once you receive your final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email to get the return address and discuss next steps. You will need to confirm your return request and provide your full name and order information.
